We are an established cleaning company with over 20 years experience in all aspects of property maintenance including domestic, commerical and industrial cleaning services in Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and the surrounding area.

We employ full-time and part-time staff who are fully trained and security cleared.
We have a strict Health and Safety policy with all sites Risk Assessed.

We take great care to prevent cross contamination on any of our sites. We have devised a special Colour Coded System, which complies with COSHH regulations and is a visible aid for our staff. To view Real Clean's Colour Coded system click here.

Internal cleans

Real Clean offers all kinds of internal cleaning, from surgeries to schools. We ensure that our staff are fully trained in the use of our cleaning chemicals and that the correct chemicals are used in the correct environment.

 

 

 

External Cleans

Real Clean carry out a number of external domestic cleaning services such as PVC, cladding cleaning, rubbish removal, bin and bin room sanitation, patio cleaning plus much more.

 

Window Cleans

Real Clean has a team of trained and insured window cleaners that offer a regular window cleaning service, from monthly to yearly site visits.

 

 

 

High Windows (using 65ft high flow system)

Real Clean has a team of trained and insured high window specialists. Using our 65ft high flow window system, Real Clean can reach and clean windows as high as 65ft.

 

Vehicle Valeting

Real Clean offer a regular vehicle valeting service for fleet management.

 

 

Carpet Cleaning

Real Clean has a team of trained carpet cleaning specialists that can remove most stains and traffic marks from carpets. Real Clean can also treat carpets for the prevention of static build up.

 

 

Pressure Washing

Real Clean offer a pressure washing service, which is great for the cleaning of patios, bin rooms and concrete stairways.

 

 

 

 

Graffiti Removal

Floor Maintenance

Real Clean have a trained team of floor specialists that are able to remove old floor polish and apply new polish leaving a shiny clean floor.

 

 

 

Retirement Homes

All Real Clean's staff have an annual CRB check to ensure safety and security for our clients in sheltered housing projects, and any other site our staff may be attending.
Real Clean's staff are fully trained in first aid and health and safety law.

Street Sign Cleaning

Real Clean has a team of trained staff that are able to carry out the cleaning of street signs to ensure that they cause no harm to the public themselves.

 

Water Cooler Sanitisation

Real Clean has a team of trained staff that carry out the cleaning and sanitation of water coolers.

 

 

 

Sanitation Bin Services

Real Clean can supply and service sanitation bins. We have a team of trained staff that can remove and dispose of sanitation bags.

 

 

Cross Contamination

At Real Clean we take prevention of cross contamination very seriously. We adhere to the regulations produced by COSHH. All of our staff are fully trained in our Colour Coded System. The table below shows how it works:

If any member of staff is unsure about any product and where it must be used then they must contact an area manager. All sites are monitored.

To prevent cross contamination Real Clean operates a Colour Code System, i.e. only green mops, cloths and products can be used in kitchens. We have a number of different coloured cleaning equipment for different areas.
